How alerts work
- · You set the criteria once — area, type, budget, purpose
- · We match them against new listings and off-market leads as they arrive
- · You receive a short email with what fits, and nothing else
- · One reply cancels the alert; we keep no list you cannot leave
Alerts are sent by a person, not a scraper. If nothing matching appears for a while, you will hear that too.
