What the service covers

• A written brief, agreed with you before we start searching
• Search across agencies, developers, auctions and private contacts
• A shortlist with honest commentary, including what we would avoid
• Viewings arranged in person or filmed on video for remote buyers
• Price guidance based on comparable evidence, not asking prices
• Introductions to independent lawyers, surveyors and mortgage brokers
• Coordination through reservation, due diligence and the notarial deed

What it does not cover

We are not estate agents for sellers, we do not hold client money, and we do not give legal or tax advice. Where those are needed, we introduce regulated professionals and stay involved to keep the timetable moving.

Fees

Fees depend on the brief: budget, region and how much of the process you want us to run. We quote in writing before any work begins, and we tell you plainly if we think your budget and your brief do not match the market.
