Buying from abroad
Most of our clients buy before they move. A remote purchase works when someone independent is on the ground, and that is the role we take.
Viewings without the flight
We walk properties on live video, film the parts photographs never show — the stairwell, the street at night, the neighbours' windows — and tell you what we would hesitate over. If a property is not worth your trip, we say so before you book it.
Your own lawyer, not ours
We introduce independent Romanian lawyers and you instruct one directly. Due diligence, the preliminary agreement and the notarial deed are all handled in your language, with translated copies of what you sign.
Power of attorney
Non-resident buyers frequently complete by power of attorney, notarised and apostilled in your country of residence. Your lawyer drafts the wording; we coordinate the timetable with the notary so the deed date is realistic.
Money, tax numbers and practicalities
- Romanian tax identification for non-residents where required
- Bank account options, and when you do not need one
- Currency transfer routes — we do not receive client funds ourselves
- Utilities, insurance and key handover after completion
Languages we work in
English, German, French and Spanish, plus Romanian on the ground. Every document you sign is explained in your own language before it is signed.
