Property submission terms

The launch offer provides an approved property listing free for 90 days. The period starts only when the listing is published.

Every submission is subject to identity, ownership or authority checks and editorial approval. We may request documents, corrections or additional photographs, and may decline a submission.

Submitting does not create a public listing and does not guarantee publication, sale, enquiries, viewings, price or timing. Nothing is published automatically.

Before publication we will confirm the proposed public content with the owner. Private contact details remain private unless separately authorized.
